This covers, in particular, the obligations under Articles 12, 13, 15 – 22 and 32 – 34 GDPR.

In this context, we would like to ask you to contact Facebook directly with data protection requests regarding data processing by the Site Insights. You can use this form  [https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/2061665240770586] to do this.

We have designed our privacy policy according to the principles of clarity and transparency. However, if there is any ambiguity regarding the use of different terms, the relevant definitions can be viewed here.

3. Legal basis for the processing of personal data

We process your personal data, e.g. Your name and first name, your e-mail address and IP address, etc. only if there is a legal basis for this.  In particular, the following provisions can be considered under the General Data Protection Regulation:

However, we will always remind you at the relevant points of this data protection declaration on which legal basis the processing of your personal data takes place.

For more details on Facebook’s processing, see Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.

4. Disclosure of personal data

The transfer of personal data is also processing within the meaning of the previous paragraph 3. At this point, however, we would like to inform you separately about the topic of disclosure to third parties. The protection of your personal data is very important to us. For this reason, we are particularly careful when it comes to passing on your data to third parties.

A transfer to third parties is therefore only made if there is a legal basis for the processing. For example, we share personal data with persons or companies that work for us as processors in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Processor is anyone who processes personal data on our behalf for us, in particular in a relationship of instruction and control with us

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, we enter into a contract with each of our processors in order to oblige them to comply with data protection regulations and thus to provide your data with comprehensive protection.

We would like to point out that your data can also be passed on to third parties through Facebook. However, we have no influence on this. For more information, see Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.

5. Memory duration and deletion

We will only retain any personal information you provide to us for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which this data was transmitted or as long as required by law. With the fulfilment of the purpose and/or expiry of the statutory storage periods, the data will be deleted or blocked by us.

Information on data storage by Facebook can be found in its privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation.

This is a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows for the above-mentioned reason the optimization of the content provided by us on our profile. Furthermore, the data collected is information that is only made available to us by interaction with our profile by you. This establishes a significant and appropriate relationship between you and our profile.

If deletion by us is possible, personal data will be deleted by us no later than 28 days, provided that no legal basis for further processing is given beyond this period.

Further information on data processing by the platform operator can be found in the data protection declaration from the platform operator, see above.
